 FRIENDLY REMINDER: Parking is restricted during forecast snow events.  Please relocate your car prior to tonight's snow event. 

Parking restrictions for WCC unit owners:

• Allocated parking spots (see map below)
• 3 spaces for Building 100 + 200
• 3 spaces for Building 300 + 400

• Allocated parking times
• Monday thru Saturday = 8pm-6am
• Sunday = Available all day

• All parking restricted during forecast snow events

2022 Annual Unit Owner Meeting

WCC Annual Unit Owners Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 7:30 pm.  The meeting will be held virtually on the Zoom video conferencing platform.

Personal invitations with Zoom meeting details (link and password) will be provided individually to each unit owner prior to the meeting.

2022 Deck Replacement Work

2022 Deck Replacement Work Starts 3/28

Decks will be replaced at Unit 101, 302, 303, and 305 as part of the 2022 capital project plan.  Demolition will start today, Monday, March 28th and construction will last ~2 weeks.  A private dumpster will be placed between building 200 and 300 for construction purposes only.  Please watch out for construction vehicles on the WCC premise during this time. 

DATE CHANGE: Dryer Vent Service Now Scheduled for Monday, April 11th

Dryer Vent Wizard of Greater Boston will be on the WCC premises (starting at 9am) to conduct dryer vent cleaning for the remaining units that were not serviced in December 2021.  Please note the date change.

WCC TRASH PICK-UP DAY MOVED TO WEDNESDAYS

Starting Wednesday, February 16:

WCC trash pick-up will now be on WEDNESDAY.  Unit owners are permitted to place trash in barrels and bags on the curbside starting at 8pm Tuesday.  The trash service will collect the trash each Wednesday.  Unit owners should claim their barrels and return them to their units by 8pm on Wednesday night.

SEWER LINE REPLACEMENT WORK

The town of Winchester is replacing the sewer line between building 300 and 400.  AEGION (https://www.aegion.com/about/our-brands/insituform) is conducting the replacement underground so there is no disruption to the WCC property (e.g easement from Cross Street).  All work should be complete by 5pm today.

NOTE: Unit owners may observe steam expelling from the sewer line near unit 401.  Please do not go near the sewer lines at this time.  The steam is part of the normal curing process to replace/retrofit the new sewer line.
