Upcoming HOA Meeting

Tuesday, January 15, 2019 (7pm)

The Board has scheduled an important unit owner's meeting for Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 7:00pm sharp.  The meeting will be held at Winchester Hospital, Conference Room CC2 located at 41 Highland Avenue, Winchester.

Agenda:

1. Update on the Exterior Envelope Project, Phase 2
2. Status of the current Assessments
3. Results of the Reserve Study
4. Proposed Increase in Condominium Fees
5. Funding the Completion of the Exterior Envelope Project 

This is an important meeting.  The Board is hopeful every unit owner will be in attendance.  The condo fees are increasing.  The Board is proposing an assessment to fund the remaining envelope work.
